1. Returns Without Reason (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
2. Returns Due to Product Error
If you believe the product you received is faulty or incorrect:

Please contact us and send the product back for inspection.

If the fault is confirmed to be on our side, you will receive a full refund including return shipping costs.

If the product is returned without a valid reason or error on our part, we reserve the right to reject the full refund.
3. Exchanges (e.g., wrong size)
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size:

You must return the original item within 14 days.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return and the new item.
4. Exceptions
Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
