We work with multiple shipping carriers depending on the destination. Customers will be informed which carrier is delivering their package and provided with a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard processing time is 1–5 business days.

• In some cases, especially during high-volume periods or custom orders, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be completed and shipped.

• Estimated delivery time is up to 2 weeks depending on the destination.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
